- Complete several rounds of edits for YA novel manuscripts, including developmental, substantive, copy, and proof edits.
- Understand and correctly apply edits according to Chicago Manual of Style to ensure consistency in tone, plot, punctuation, etc. throughout the manuscript.
- Manage my time to complete projects within the given timeframe while working from home.
- Research and create content on a variety of topics, including blog posts, user manuals, ad scripts.
- Produce academic and data-filled content that has a conversational tone and is clear for readers of all backgrounds to understand.
- Review and edit content to ensure consistency with both the AP Style and company style, and to fact-check sources.
